Bemannix is now looking for a dedicated and self-driven Property Manager on behalf of our client. The client operates in southern Stockholm and offers a stable workplace with varied tasks and a pleasant working environment.

As a property manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of properties. The role is broad and practical, where you ensure that the properties maintain a high standard both indoors and outdoors.

• Supervision and maintenance of properties

• Minor repairs and maintenance

• Reporting and addressing issues

• Contact with tenants and contractors

• Outdoor maintenance (e.g., snow removal, lawn mowing, and cleaning)

• Rounds and control of technical systems

• Experience in property management or similar technical/practical work

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks

• Good service sense and professional demeanor

• Basic computer skills (for reporting issues and documentation)

• Driver's license (B)

• Education in property technology or property management

• Experience with technical systems such as ventilation, heating, or control technology

• Experience working in residential or commercial properties

• Certificates in areas such as hot work or lift operation

• Previous experience in customer service or service professions
